This class is for intermediate and advanced dancers who want to move and play in a variety of forms. Warm-up is influenced by several movement practices including Pilates, Yoga, the Feldenkrais Method®, and Authentic Movement. Movement style will draw upon hip-hop, modern, ballet, breaking, martial arts, and improvisation. Come enjoy the pleasure of finding ease through gentle movement explorations and take that into dynamic, athletic dancing.
