If you’ve done one of our workshops, or know the Whole Woman® work, please join us for this series. Ruth and Fritha will review the Whole Woman posture and the exercises that support it, along with a short Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lesson each week to help create more ease of movement.

Bio for Ruth: Ruth is a public health practitioner with over 30 years of experience as an educator and prevention specialist. As a certified Whole Woman® practitioner, Ruth uses natural, research-based, non-invasive and fully-clothed techniques to address pelvic discomfort and bladder issues.
