We welcome you to sign up for one or both series!
Creating new habits are hard! Come join us for some encouragement and review!
Participants will have access to the recordings of each class for the duration of the series in order to help encourage a daily practice.
If you’ve done one of our workshops, or know the Whole Woman® work, please join us for this series. Ruth and Fritha will review the Whole Woman posture and the exercises that support it, along with a short Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lesson each week to help create more ease of movement.
“The education I got from taking the Whole Woman workshop and classes was eye-opening. I now understand why traditional methods are not effective and how I can develop a practice to take care of myself.”
Linda, Workshop and Class Series Participant
