Bringing the Foot Under the Pelvis


Explore small movements of your toes to begin to sense the relationship between each toe and the connection into your hip joints. As the lesson progresses you will be invited to reach and bend and connect your hand to your foot to sense your whole self and the ability to lengthen through your front in such a way to bring your foot underneath your pelvis. The lesson starts small and gentle and encourages the possibility of bringing ease into larger, more complex movements.
