    I felt the benefit from the class after, when standing, I could trust gravity more and use my entire body to breath into my self, creating a better sense of self and I smiled! I liked how Fritha reminded me to watch for tone in one eye if it was different from the other, which it was, this was great. Id have liked a quote from Moshe, so only 4 stars!
