The lesson explores rolling up to sit and how the effects of twisting and extending your spine while on your belly can improve your ability to organize your back for supporting your limbs as well lengthen your back muscles in order to flex your spine. If you have difficulty turning your head while lying on your belly, go very slowly and use your imagination!
