Sliding and lifting the legs to find the ground

Feldenkrais described “good posture” as the ability to move in any direction without preparation. This lesson explores movements of sliding and lifting the legs lying on the back in order to find specific support from the ground. This support provides ease of movement and the ability to be reversible and able to move from one variation to the next without preparation.
