Spending too much time on the computer? Take the time to explore movements of your eyes in order to quiet your nervous system and relax your eyes. As much as any other part of ourselves, our eyes need variation and to experience a diversity of movements and actions in order to be healthy. In other words, we need to remind our eyes of all the possibilities – seeing near and far, practicing focus as well as an ability to be attentive to our periphery, and to relax.
