Preparation for Bridge


So many of us spend a great deal of time focused forward at our computers, driving, etc. and can lose the sense of openness and expansiveness in our chests and our breathing. In this lesson you will explore the possibility of finding length and arching in your spine that involves your whole self. Movements in the lesson involve gentle rolling of the pelvis and turning the head to open up parts of the spine that may have become contracted or resistant to movement.
