Spring! In Your Step Class 1: Working with the Toes
This is the first class in the Spring! In Your Step Series.
Begin to sense the possibility of springiness in your step by exploring the individual toes and the space between each toe. Waking up each toe begins to enliven the feet so they can engage with the ground and provide more support. Notice perhaps how the arches begin to come to life. Explore how this affects the sense of lightness and ease in your whole self.
You can do each of these classes individually or purchase all three to explore how they build on each other. Do them over the course of three days, or find the time to explore them all on the same day! Take a walk in between each class. See if you can find more support from the ground that invites a spring in your step.
