Finding Breath Workshop 1

This workshop includes two Awareness Through Movement lessons that attend to the subtle differences in how we breathe into different parts of our chest. Our attention is drawn to the pathway of air as it comes in through the nose and flows down into the lungs. Attend to the different sensations of expanding the lungs and how this affects the spine and your posture as well as your sense of self.
