Finding Your Hip Joints Lying on Your Side

Explore small movements in the hip joint, ankle, shoulder, and jaw to help you discover relationships between all the joints in the legs as well as connections through your spine. See what emerges in your sense of your relationship to the ground through your feet and how that is directly connected to how forces move into your pelvis from your legs. Perhaps spend a few moments before doing this lesson looking at some images of the bones of the pelvis and leg to get a sense of where your hip joints actually are.
